I was looking for more distance comfort and luggage options.  This search led me to a 2008 Kawasaki Concours 14 ABS, which I picked up August 28, 2007.

09/15/07 - Finally made it beyond the first 500 miles.  Now it is time for the first service.  Replaced windscreen with Cee Bailey's mini-euro cut screen (about +2").

11/08/07 - At 1524 miles, I added an Area P slipon.  Nicer sound in low RPM's, less weight, and shorter.  Looks better!  Pics coming someday.  Also added an Alaska Leather sheepskin buttpad.

11/10/07 - First SaddleSore on the Connie.  Read about it here.

01/14/08 - Removed rear fender.  Replaced seat with the Kawasaki low gel seat.  Changed windscreen for the Cee Baileys euro cut (about +5" taller).

6/30/2008 - now I have 6,832 miles on the clock.  I need a new front and rear tire soon.

11/19/2008 - finally made it over 10,000 miles.  Have Michelin Pilot Road 2's mounted.  Great tires so far.

10/11/2009 - Hit 15,000 miles coming home from Mom's.  Haven't done a lot of riding this year, mostly just commuting to work on the ZRX.
