Memorial Day Weekend 2004 - ZRXOA West Coast BBQ

Friday ride - trip through Santa Clara river Valley, up CA-33, and back.  Photo was taken at overlook on CA-150 near Ojai. 222 miles.

Saturday Ride (I chose the northern ride instead of the Rock Store ride) - Tehachapi, Caliente, Lake Isabella, Pearsonville, 9-mile Canyon, Kennedy Meadows, Kern River Valley, Kernville, Caliente, Tehachapi, and then back.  351 miles.  First 2 photos near Bodfish.  Lake Isabella in the background of the second picture.

Sherman Pass - 9,200'.  Some snow was still on the ground.  Mt Whitney is in the center background.

Sunday Morning Ride - Canyon thrasher.  127 miles.  Photo taken along Bouquet Canyon.
